I had a pretty straight-forward experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They did have to come back a second time because the first guy who came out thought he had fixed the clog in our kitchen sink, but it started backing up again shortly after he left. They did correct the problem on the second visit, and didn't bill us any additional charges. So in that regard, I have no complaints. The price did seem high, but I can't really complain about the quality of the job either, or the fact that it was easy to deal with both guys who came. The guys worked hard and seemed to know what they were doing. They were very pleasant.

Our only complaint, really, was that we were a bit floored by the price. It was a lot higher than I'd paid for similar servicing in the past. This was our first time with Benjamin Franklin and I'd have to say I would shop around in the future since the price was a lot higher than I anticipated.
