This was an experience everyone should learn from. My air conditioning wasn't working so I called One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating for service. The tech looked at my system and immediately recommended installing a whole new system at a cost of eight thousand dollars. That didn't sit well with me. After he left, I went back to basics and started checking things from the bottom. Kind of like checking to make sure it was plugged in. After one look at the air filter, i knew it needed to be changed. So, I changed the air filter myself and the whole air conditioning system started working beautifully once again. Either the technician sincerely overlooked this easy fix, or he was using scare tactics to sell me a new unit. In either case, I can't recommend that anyone use One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.
