After I called for help, 10 hours later a tech showed up. He knew his stuff, but we had to pay BIG TIME for his help.
We are in the Comfort Plus club, but it was at least 10 hours after I called for help that a tech showed up. He did not arrive in the window I was promised, and I got no phone calls excusing the delay. The tech knew his stuff...fixed the problem...and warned us of the cost...very expensive!!
