I called on a weekend because I couldn't wait for the ac to work. I was shocked that they would come on a weekend. I was told that they would have everything on the truck to fix it but he needed to come back the next morning to fix. It was the outside fan motor. I had a bucket under it in the hall because I knew it leaked before so I assumed that would be fixed too but it wasn't. Everything was dirty inside and my ac friend said that should've been done. It was freezing at night but hot in the morning until a week later, it's not working again. The guy that came was very nice and friendly but $799 and only one week later, it is hot in here again. I won't use them again.
