This was my first time to use One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating, and to be frank, I was just not all that impressed with them. I hate to rate a company based on the actions of just one person, but the man they sent out just did not have a friendly vibe to him. He did not say anything rude to me, or anything like that. All I wanted them to do was just add some freon to my unit, but he ended up telling me 3,000 things that he could do to my unit. And he wanted me to buy a service contract. This just came off as a little too pushy to me. He did eventually add the freon, and I think he did a good job of it, but I do not think I will use One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating again. For one thing, they are on the other side of Jacksonville, and there are companies which are a whole lot closer. For another thing, they charged me $200 to add the freon, which I thought was just too expensive.
