I was totally satisfied with the service I received by Mr. Don on my AC. However I do have a problem with your billing practices. I have 15% off parts and purchased the warranty for repairs & parts. Here is where I have the problem. On my last couple of trouble calls I received free parts & labor mother board, 2 flow switches, and unit wire repairs. With no charge for flow switches. But this time I was told that I have to pay for accessories in that accessories are not covered un warranty. The surge protector, and flow swith are accessories but yet when system initially installed they came with the unit and they should be covered because to me If I asked for these then I agree but I had no choice because I considered them part of the AC units.
