Royal Class Service installed our furnace 2 years ago so this time around I needed a service call. It was a tough time because I called the day after Christmas, and I realized they'd been closed for 2 days, and I know they were scrambling like crazy. I didn't have heat for almost 2 days but they did the best they could. They're good, professional people, but I was very unhappy with the fact that when they came out to service the furnace the part that needed to be replaced cost $1100, just 2 years after buying it new. They offered me a 2-year warranty when I first bought the furnace but I didn't think there would be a point because it should last much longer than that, so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the replacement part. It's working fine now but I'd say overall their service has been expensive.
