I had Royal Class over to install a hot water heater, and they pressure-reduced it for our house to lower the water pressure. I called and made an appointment two weeks out, and it took four hours to do. I didn't have anything to compare the price to and it felt a bit high to me, but any plumbing is going to be more expensive than I like, so I don't think it was exceptionally high. The system works perfectly, they did a fantastic job. The guys were extremely friendly too, explained everything to me, how the new heater works, etc. and they were very clean, didn't track any dirt in the house. They ran a new circuit to the water heater with no issues. I'm completely satisfied.
