Excellent Experience!
This was my first time using The Great Indoors HVAC Company. When I called, the receptionist scheduled someone out right away which was good for me because I am a single mother and I work different shifts. Cameron who came out did a very thorough investigation to try to find what was going on with my HVAC system. Turns out it was a thermostat issue and he ended up replacing it. He was very patient in explaining to me everything I needed to know and he double checked everything while he was there. I liked it that he didn't act rushed or impatient to get on to the next call. He talked with me about a maintenance service agreement which was an option for saving money on any repairs I may have in the future. He was not pushy with this he simply presented it in a way that was fair and informative! I did sign up with them for the maintenance agreement and thus far have been pleased with that as well. Everything is up and running great and I do appreciate the time he took making sure it was perfect!
