Daryl did his best to solve our basement drain problem but couldn't finish due to all of oak creek plumbing's pipe videos being sent in for repairs. We already had the drain videoed from the house to the street but not from the main stack drain to the outside. Daryl said he will return when the drain camera's are repaired to finish the job and find what the obstruction is. He also said another visit charge will be waived and hopefully the drain video charge also. Waiting for a call from Oak Creek plumbing. Note: the drain is now somewhat draining. We still would like to know what obstruction is in the basement drain.
