Your plumber, Michael Dauer, was friendly, professional, but apologized too much about the weekend rate, etc. I told him to go to confession if need be. He also tried to talk me out of the Sat. service call which I did not appreciate. When he arrived, he did what he could so I at least had partial access to my water. He also scuffed a closet door (on the bottom) across from the plumbing access point. It was unintentional but will require repainting and wasn't there before. That's why I deducted a star since no one is perfect. At least Oak Creek Plumbing showed up, and Gene Wagner just blew me off which gets them a negative 5 Stars. Under the overall circumstances, I'm fairly well satisfied.
