Very satisfied with Oak Creek Plumbing. I called in the morning and someone (very mad that I can't remember his name) was to my home that afternoon. It was a very busy time for them because of the extreme cold for so many straight days. When he arrived - he was very pleasant. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Gave me my quote - as he started the job found an obstacle - stopped immediately so he could inform me. Gave me my options and new quote - finished the job. And gave me more recommendations on what we could do with our sump pump so this would not happen in the future. Cleaned up after his work. Just a very pleasant experience - and considering what he had to do - very reasonable prices. Highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing. And I saved the receipt so that I can ask for him again (I'm just really mad that at this moment I can't remember his name!)
