You installed a battery back-up sump pump 6 yrs ago. your service, work, and personal were excellent.
After a loss of power, the battery alarm to let you know the battery was charged would go off. This would continue for 3 days. When I called to ask for some information on how to stop this, I was informed that you would send someone out to take care of this. I saw no reason to have to send someone out to charge me a service charge to answer my question. The person I talked to said she would inform the manager to call me.
After 2 days I received a call from Mike at JMI Pump to help me. Since there was no service call and could not collect a service fee, you chose not to help me and turn it over to someone else.
I never did receive a follow-up call from your company. I have asked Mike for an alternative plumber for help to replace my battery. This could have been handled had you called back to help me with the information I needed.
