This group has a lot of positives. First, they return calls. Rare in the roofing industry. Second, they keep their appointments in a timely fashion. Rare in the roofing industry. We had a relatively minor repair which they accomplished on the same day. We do have a tall roof, up four floors and the repair was over a deck which wasn't easy. Price was high, we thought, but I guess one pays for good service. So far the repair has held up. It's only been a month or so in warm weather. Overall we are satisfied.
