Zimmerman's Roofing does an annual program where they come out and check all the overhead roofing, like a maintenance type of service. They found one issue that they repaired, and I am happy with the outcome. The other issue that they mentioned and recommended fixing was a repair around the chimney. We were not having a leak with that and did not have them make the repairs. I feel like the counseling with that from the technician could have been a little different. I do appreciate their service and this has been a good experience overall.
