Zimmerman's Roofing was the only roofing company to respond quickly to our emergency needs. We called other roofers and they wanted to quote me just to come out and access the issue. They also wanted to schedule out for five or more days. We couldn't wait that long, it was an emergency! While searching for roofing companies they popped up as one that would take emergency calls. From the first phone call and an actual "person" answering, they had a roofing technician out within an hour! Unbelievable! This technician spent time and effort trying to figure out what to do for us. He was very thorough and was on the phone with the owner trying to figure out how he could help us! The owner came out the next day and explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He was honest and forthright. He let us know that half of the roof needed to be replaced and unnecessary to replace the entire roof. He did not try to sell us on an entire roof that we did not need. The roofers are here today installing the damaged half portion of the roof and I honestly do not know how they are so quiet. This has been a very pleasurable experience. One of trust and honesty.
