Office staff is very efficient and quick to respond to my requests. Technician was professional and friendly. Four replacement windows were installed in one day.
Disappointingly, I was not notified that the work day had been cancelled and rescheduled. I waited at home for several hours before calling to see if the technician was still planning to come. The job was rescheduled twice which tied me up for 3 days in a very busy week.
