I've had 3 properties worked on by Zimmermans. The properties range from a 1905 cottage to a current split level home. Having re-roofed or repaired these properties I can't say enough good things about Zimmermans Roofing. Their work is exceptional and they really do have a "No Leak Guarantee". I called them a few months after a repair because of a small flashing leak and even though the leak was not their fault they fixed it without charge. They are prompt and have an excellent schedule notification system. They really do take care of their customers.
