The overall experience with Zimmerman was good. As noted, the roofing crew did a great job in removal, installation and cleanup.

The only items that could have been improved was the communication with the company. We were told someone would come prior to the job starting to review the location and discuss how the job would be done. This did not happen, if it had we would have moved more items out of harms way. When the crew was done, there was no communication as to when or how to pay the invoice. I called the office to find out who and when to pay.

I would recommend Zimmerman to others, and will use your company in the future.
