Zimmerman's Roofing has been doing work for us for many years. We just had them put a new roof on a rental property that we have. The technicians have always been wonderful to work with. They clean up well after themselves. They are very polite all of the time. In fact, the workers did not even smoke on the premises which I greatly appreciate. As for the pricing, we never checked with anybody else. We automatically use Zimmerman's Roofing for all of our roofing repairs and replacements. We have them do work on three of our properties. Years ago, a young man from the company came out to us and did a wonderful job repairing the roof around a chimney at my daughter's house. The previous owners of that house had used a roofing company that kept charging them a fortune and never properly fixed the leak around the chimney. Zimmerman's Roofing came out once and fixed it properly. From then on, we will only use them. We would recommend using them.
