They called me the day before and the day of my appointment. The gentleman also called to let me know he could arrive earlier. Addressed the issue and and broke down the pricing so I could understand exactly where my costs where going. Left a copy of his visit for me and unlike most vendors that you have to call them to follow up for the second appointment, within 30 minutes after he left they called me with a date and time!
