Within minutes of requesting an appointment for a quote through Angie’s List, I got a call from Mariah to set up an appointment. Pete, the Home Improvement Specialist, came to our home to listen to our needs and provided a quote with options. Pete patiently allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to in order to make our decision. Brandon, the Project Manager, did an absolutely outstanding job coordinating our roof replacement with our solar panel contractor. At the end of the project, we noticed some discrepancies on the installation crews part. Brandon came out, reviewed our concerns with us and had the crew come back out to make right the concerns we had. All of this took place in a very timely manner keeping in mind that our solar panel contractor needed to get the solar panels back on the roof based on their schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to make this job go smoothly. The roof looks great, our attic is bone dry on this rainy day and our solar panel contractor is on course with the re-install. Thank you all for making this a relatively easy headache to fix!
