Todd investigated and analyzed the possible source of our problem. The explanation seemed logical, but there was no real way to exactly determine the cause. I'm not certain that what he did is keeping the staining on the ceiling from worsening, but I know someone will come back if the problem continues. He also gave us the opportunity to have our gutters cleaned during that service call; we appreciate not having to schedule another visit.
