Lester came over first this morning. He was very nice and professional and explained why he recommended certain things. He had to leave for another customer emergency, so he only had time to flush the water heater. I felt comfortable around him and he shook my hand when he left and apologized for having to leave. Very nice young man. Thank you!!

Josh came over and replaced the valve going into the wall from my toilet that was leaking all over my bathroom floor. He was quick and thorough and even offered to put the wet rugs and towels in my washer for me!. Very impressive. As stated in earlier reviews, I like that the Reps put 'booties' over their shoes so as to not track in unwanted dirt from the outside. Thank you!
