I got a good impression from Superstition Plumbing right away. They were upfront with me about the cost of installing a new water heater. The estimate included a fee for two men to move the heater because there was a bollard on the shelf it was on. They arrived and realized that the bollard was not in the way and didn't require two men to move the heater, so they adjusted my invoice down accordingly. The technicians proceeded very competently, installing a new valve where there hadn't been one before. Additionally, Instead of using a rinky-$@!#% valve, they installed a large, industrial-style level which was nice. The plumbers answered all my questions very professionally. Superstition Plumbing is not the cheapest guy on the block, but I got what I paid for. I also took it as a good sign that the trucks they arrived in were spotless and organized to a very high degree. That's something I always look for when seeking out professionals. They didn't pull up in a dumpy or disorganized truck which would require digging around to find parts.
