Found the problem, came back and fixed it

Legacy Retirement Residence - I rarely need a plumber, but when I do, It's nice to have someone with experience. My main kitchen had a clogged drain line (4"). After removing several items, from the drain, the real problem turned out to be grease buildup. The crew came back first thing in the morning and jetted the line clear. We were up and running by lunch.
