Furnace died after i went to work that night, the blower went out on a very cold night. They returned my call @ 430am and got here a hr later and the job was done around 630am Quick work and the technician showed me the problem and talked to me about it. If it was during the summer it could have waited. Since it was well below zero it needed to be fixed.
