Nate confurmed our appointment before arriving and did arrive as scheduled. Disucessed options for extras like "scotchguard" before starting job. Did a good job cleaning carpet. Discussed carpet care after cleaning, importance of staying off carpet until it was completely dry.. left bottle of spot cleaner to use on future spills. He was courteous and seemed to care about customer service.
