I am satisfied
My service didn't start very well. I called Swick at 1:30 a.m. after our CO2 detector went off. It took well over two hours before a tech could be reach and arrive at my home. Once we had confirmed our issue, Swick did a good job resolving our issue. I will say that due to the tech returning later in the day to follow-up with our issue, we had to order a new furnace which took two days before it arrived at our house. Had he come back early in the morning, we could have had the furnace the next day. But the crew that installed the furnace did well. The only down side it that they did not test the two zone system to make sure we had heat in both zones. That required us to call the day after installation to have another tech to come out and determine why we had no heat in zone two. Now another part is on order which will be installed after we return from a trip. So I was not pleased with the response time for our initial call at 1:30 in the morning and I was not happy that the new furnace wasn't checked to make sure heat was coming out from both zone. Otherwise, all the rest of the work was fine.
