I went to R & S Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning to get an evaluation on a problem with my AC unit. I was not present at the time of the evaluation but the technician said that there was a problem with the evaporator coil. I decided not to use R & S to replace the coil in the end, but I was happy with the job they did. My only issue is that it took them a very long time to come out to my house. I called them four or five times over a short period in an attempt to get the evaluation, and they were very slow to come out. This was quite frustrating!
