Received a call from a representative from this company indicating it was time to do annual healing and air-conditioner maintenance.
Cleary, I asked if they were the company that we have been with for 7 years. The representative indicted that they have merged. We had some reservation but agreed for scheduling. The company cancelled due calling and assuming we weren't not at home.
After a half day of confusion, we discovered this company wasn't who have been with of 7 years. Lesson learned "when your guts make you feel uneasy just say : no thank you.
