It has been at least 6 years that I have been using Cleaning Clinic. It has been a wonderful experience. Especially for those with pets or kids, Steve has a great service where you can pay a monthly fee and they come out four times a year to clean the carpets.

It is totally amazing. Usually carpet cleaning can take a big bite out of the budget, so you can only do it once or maybe twice a year, but with this monthly fee it doesn't hurt your budget and they come out four times. The carpets stay much cleaner this way, and I feel it has extended the life of my carpet.

The service is amazing. They always come out five to ten minutes early. They vacuum first and move the furniture to clean the carpets. They put down these special sponges as well to protect the wood while the carpet dries. The little things they do go above and beyond normal service. If I am rushing around and can't be there, they have even moved some furniture back.

They are really courteous, kind, and trustworthy. There was one time that my kids spilled grape juice on the carpets. I called them to set up an appointment, and when they heard what happened they came right out to take care of it. They didn't even charge me for it!
