This was our first time using Quality Refrigeration Services. We needed our heating system replaced. They came out and did both the second floor and the first-floor replacement for our heat pump. It has turned out great so far. It went well on the installation. It was tough for the guys working outside because a couple of the days were windy, rainy, cold, and just overall bad conditions. It was tough to work and get their footing, but they worked hard and never complained and got the job done for us! Brian was really helpful, and we just had a great overall experience!
