I've worked with Patrick from Quality Refrigeration for a long time now and use him at all of my properties. Patrick has very deep knowledge of HVAC systems. He has always helped me out in a pinch, weekends or otherwise.

He also isn't out to try and create extra work for himself. If there's something that doesn't need to be fixed or isn't really an issue, he's the first to let me know not to worry about it or to save my money for now.

The only reason I docked them a single star is because they can be pricey. I suppose you get what you pay for these days and Quality is often worth the money.
