I think that the protocol that is in place at MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care at Arrowhead for communication for the family that has loved ones residing at this facility during this COVID crises is exactly what we need! With the inability to physically visit with your loved one they have made it possible to have communication with the employees at any time to check on your loved one. I am happy with the generosity that employees demonstrate when I call them directly! This is a reasonable and refreshing means to stay informed about my loved one.
