The last facility my mother was in, the workers there complained every time they had to do something. It is just a whole different experience at MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care at Arrowhead. If my mother needs something, they take care of it for her. If I need information, they get back with me in a hurry either by phone or text. They are attentive and caring and they are happy to help. I live nearby so I am there almost every day bringing something to my mother, and they make that easy for me. I can't go inside the facility right now because of the pandemic, but they do meet me at the front door, and they assist me every way they can. I am very happy with them, and I would highly recommend them to everyone who is considering an assisted living center!
