My father has been at MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care at Arrowhead for over two years and he is very happy there. I like the way that the staff at the center makes adjustments. In this industry, there is always a lot of turnover, and that can lead to short term problems and issues. But the staff here seems to take it all in stride, and if there is an issue, they address it quickly. If I ever have any problems or questions, they are quick to get back to me. They are very responsive. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, even when they may be short-staffed. People there are very compassionate and they really try to make things good for all the residents. For example, my father likes nature, so they set up a bird-feeding station for him outside. This was a wonderful thing for him, particularly during the COVID-19 crisis. He really enjoyed interacting with the birds. I was also able to take some classes through them, and I think I really benefited from those. So, in summary, I have been very happy with MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care at Arrowhead! They are wonderful at what they do!
