My father is a resident at Morning Star Assisted Living & Memory Care at Arrowhead. Overall I feel they do a good job, but, there is room for improvement. One of my major concerns is that there is a lot of staff turnover. This a big concern when you are dealing with elderly people who may already suffer challenges with their memory. If asked, my father would say that they are all very caring and work really hard. The food is good and the activities are adequate, but, could be better. Especially the exercise programs. The facility is clean and the people are responsive. When dad has a problem, he will take it to a staff member and they listen to him with genuine concern and are willing to do what they can for him. I would recommend them to others.
