Marcus came on time and checked out our furnace that had stop heating. It seem to be the cold weather from the outside that had stopped our furnace from heating. Marcus got it running again and when he left we were happy. The furnace stop running again later that day. It seems that the cover to one area of the furnace needed to remain off for several days so that the furnace would run with the air from the inside of the basement until the weather warmed up. Phil the owner called us pretty quickly after we called to report the furnace stopping and told us what to do. We seem to have to babysit the furnace for several more days. In all fairness the extreme cold caused the problem and this company tried to help us promptly and the best they could given the circumstances.
