First was put in contact with One hour heating last year by my home warranty company for furnace repair. Great service was provided then. We also spoke about adding a house humidifier to my existing furnace. This year, with winter coming on it was time to do this. I called and got an appointment set up for the following week. Again, techs were on time, performed the work in a timely manner and explained all the settings and future maintenance completely.
