Our AC stopped blowing air completely and One Hour Heating and AC was assigned to us by the warranty company. The technician came and diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and replaced broken parts. It took longer than we expected. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough and it did not become a serious issue.
