Lake's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning inspected our furnace recently. They did some AC work for us last summer as well. I went with their service initially because they were recommended by our home warranty company and I went back again because I liked what they did before. The service was covered under my warranty, but I'm sure they have pretty good rates. The technician was terrific. They did a great job. They were prompt, courteous and completed the work in a very short period of time.
