I had a five-star experience working with the employees from Lake's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Most recently, one of the workers came out to clean the furnace and he did a great job. I would describe him as professional, friendly, and very informative. I appreciate that he helped me understand how the furnace works, so now I know a little more about it. I also appreciate that he came earlier than expected and that he called me ahead of time. He got the job done and I'm pleased with the results. I have been using this company for about three years now and I would definitely continue to use them in the future. I would also recommend their service to other people.
