I was pleasantly surprised at Budget Transmission Center's service and their pleasantness to work with. I have used them several times. The first time we thought there was a transmission issue with the car. Gears were slipping, and we thought the car was dying. Joe took a look at it and recommended a much cheaper solution, cheaper enough that we thought we'd take a shot with it. It was a small gamble but it worked out. The transmission did not have to be replaced. We took our car in again two months later, and once more, Joe took care of it.
