I have no problem with the shop guys at Budget Transmission Center. They are awesome and do a great job. I do have a problem with the one who takes phone calls and gives you prices and information. He is very rude and disrespectful. He curses at you and has no manners at all. I will never deal with this shop again because of that guy. Like I said, the mechanic and guys in the shop are great, but the guy on the phone was bad enough to lose my business for good. I will not recommend this company. Nobody should be spoken to like that.
