Local Service Pro Plumbing sent a technician out a while ago to help us with an emergency leak in the copper piping connected to our water heater. The leak had already been dripping and pooling water for 24-48 hours, so we really needed some help. I thought the work he did was exceptional. He was very thorough about the job and was not trying to rush the project at all. I know some people just try to get in and out as fast as possible and he's not that kind of plumber. He was actually on the job for at least two hours, partly because he was conscientious enough to get complete authorization from the home warranty company that was financing the repairs before starting the job. This was close to the end of the day and I'm sure he was tired, but he wanted to get the authorization and finish the job so that we wouldn't have a leak going for another 24 hours. It was at least 8:30 PM by the time he left. Because he was there after hours they were billing time and a half, and honestly I thought the bill was high even for time and a half and I think the home warranty company may have had some issues with that, but we just pay a $60 flat rate. I do highly recommend the service, though. His work was very good.
