After a very good experience with Benjamin Franklin back in the early spring, I immediately called them again when we had trouble with a leak, which turned out to be two leaks. They were both fairly easy, inexpensive fixes. The plumber was there for not more than two hours, (which included a run to a nearby hardware store) - and charged me $500. It seemed like a high charge for the work.
