I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times. They are always able to help me quickly and are able to work around mine and my husband's unique work schedules. We have had Ken to our house a couple of times and he always does a great job and explains things in a way that I can understand them, something that I really appreciate as I don't have a great knowledge base in plumbing :) Overall, I am happy with our experience with Benjamin Frankling Plumbing!
