Rob was great. He kept in touch about his arrivals & progress. He was someone you would appreciate if he were a neighbor. The office worked to find a faucet to match my old one. Rob went to a few places to find an outdated part - avoiding extensive tile work. We won't hesitate to recommend the company & Rob.
