I love Shred Pro Secure LLC! They come out at least once a month, and shred files for us. Because of the type of business we are in, where we have a legal and ethical duty to keep certain information confidential, we need to be sure that sort of client and firm information does not ever get out into the public. Which, that sort of thing could happen if we just threw out files into the garbage.

They have the super best customer service, and they stay in contact with me to let me know when they are coming. Plus, they are responsive to our needs. If we don't have much to shred on the scheduled day, I can just call them up, and they come on another day. On the other hand, if we end up in an emergency situation where we have a lot of information that needs to be shredded, we can simply call them, and they will come out early for us.
